Hey, I’m Tara.

I’ve cried in front of the mirror over my skin.

Snapped at people I love for no reason.

Lied awake at night with my mind spinning with anxiety.

It started when I was 14 and suffered from severe acne. 

I was put on Accutane and The Pill and sure, it cleared my skin…

but no one warned me about what it would do to the rest of my body.

In my 20s, the PMS hit hard:

Sore breasts, migraines, mood swings, water retention, the works.

Then came the anxiety.

The kind that makes your chest feel tight for no reason at all.

One doctor gave me Xanax. Another gave me Clonazepam and Zoloft.

They all meant well.

But no one ever stopped to ask: “Why is this happening in the first place?”

After postpartum thyroid chaos and yet another spiral of symptoms, I finally said: Enough.

I went all-in on learning what women were never taught.

Fast forward to now: I’m in my 40s, raising two kids, and living smack in the middle of perimenopause.

I have a quick update for you! I'm doing really well this is by far the best I have felt in years. Energy is up a lot, I can  feel my brain fog is lifting, my mood is so much better (this is big for me). I am also having a daily BM – sometimes more than one!
